Patrons with disabilities
or specific seating requirements should book with the Box Office
direct. Bookings for specific seats should be made early to avoid
disappointment. The information below may be of assistance.

Patrons with walking
difficulties:
- There are three shallow
steps from the pavement through swing doors to the foyer
- There are 5 steps into
the back of the dress circle and two steps between rows
- WCs are available on the
foyer level
- All staircases have hand
rails and the steps are highlighted
- The stalls are down a
long staircase which is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties

Patrons with hearing difficulties:
- There
are occasional signed and captioned performances of The Mousetrap,
please contact our Box Office for further details
- Tickets
for the signed performance may be booked by calling the box office

- There
is an infra-red hearing system installed in the theatre
- A
deposit is required for use of headsets
- Please
inform Box Office at the time of booking of this requirement

speak to a member of staff on arrival

Guide
dogs are permitted in the auditorium and staff can dog sit by prior
arrangement. Dogs will be looked after in the manager's
office. |

Patrons
in wheelchairs:

There is one space for
wheelchair user in Box C at Dress Circle and one wheelchair spaces in
the Dress Circle, subject to availability.

There is a removable ramp
up five steps to Box C and Dress Circle - staff will assist. Your
wheelchair will be raised on a small platform to enable you to see over
the parapet. Your companion can be seated next to you. Transfer is
possible to aisle seats in Dress Circle - wheelchairs stored in Royal
Room corridor. For the sake of Health & Safety, it is advisable for
wheelchair users to bring an able-bodied companion with them.

be provided in the auditorium - please ask for the manager upon arrival

booking privileges

We have an adapted toilet located outside Box C in the Dress
Circle, access via Tower Court. There is currently a RADAR lock on the
door - for assistance or for the key, please contact one of our staff.
The toilet comprises WC, Wash Basin and is fitted with an emergency
cord cable.

There are ladies and gents on every level of the theatre

from Covent Garden Underground.
